Coastal Palms Realty goes further than just a brokerage firm they are a smaller business to better organize and give you one on one assistance every step of the way. They lead and guide you through each process in the real estate industry using one of the best computer software platforms to ensure you can stay connected with your leads, they have classes to stay on top of the ever changing industry but also to provide you with hands on experience that you can actually apply in real life! They treat you like a family member and your coach pushing you to reach your potential even if it’s 10pm and you can’t find the right answer they are always a call away. It’s extremely complicated and nerve racking being a new Realtor but they eased my fears and continue to teach and guide me through each step of the process whether it’s helping with a renters application or trying to make that first phone call. They inspire you to achieve your best and ease the anxiety of being a new Realtor.

I have had my Real Estate license since 2012. Through the years I have worked with various brokers and well known companies. I am very happy that I have found a permanent home with Coastal Palms Realty. Denise is uniquely qualified as a broker. Her vast knowledge is evident from her many years in the industry. She is always available to help answer a question and navigate an agent through the different challenges that may come up in a transaction. Having her assist me though some situations has been the difference between making or breaking a deal. 5 stars!
